Senior's Housing Coming Soon to Coe Hill!!
Hastings County has partnered with Wollaston Township to build a complex of affordabe, geared to income, housingfor seniors.
This building is to be constructed on Spring Street (which runs parallel and north of Highway 620.). It will be a four unit complex, and one unit will be fully wheelchair accessible.
The Township has donated two parcels of land at this location. The developer is working towards construction beginning in the spring of 2012.
