2010 Tree and Shrub Planting Program: The Bancroft Area Stewardship Council and Bancroft Area Forest Industry Association subsidize the cost of trees, shrubs, blue bird boxes and bat houses for rural landowners to create wildlife habitat on their property. They are available on a "first come, first served" basis each spring while quantities last up until April 1, 2010. Contacts: Jon K.
